Shipping policy

Free Shipping
Every MTNtek rack order ships free within the contiguous United States. No minimums, no thresholds — free shipping is included with every rack purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Racks may ship in multiple boxes due to component sizes. All boxes will be shipped together and should arrive within the same delivery window, though occasional slight delays between packages can occur.
Delivery Timeframes
- Smaller items and accessories: 2–5 business days after processing
- Rack orders: 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control do not entitle the buyer to a refund of shipping costs.
Shipping Carriers
We use a combination of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers depending on order size and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (lower 48 states).
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or international addresses at this time.
- If you are located outside our shipping area and are interested in purchasing, please contact us — we may be able to arrange special shipping.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing components, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at info@mtntekadventure.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Local Pickup
Skip the box. We'll build it for you.
Local pickup is available by appointment at our facility in Logan, UT. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to save $50 on any rack order.
Every local pickup rack is fully assembled and inspected before you arrive — ready to mount on your vehicle and ride. No boxes, no hardware sorting, no assembly time — no charge. We include it free with every local pickup.
