Warranty Policy

All MTNtek products are covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing or material defects to the original owner.

Assembly and Installation - Any issues resulting from improper assembly, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Improper Use - Exceeding weight or size limits, failure to use anti-wobble adapter or stabilizer straps, or other misuse.

Normal Wear and Tear - Wear items, maintenance, or routine upkeep of the product.

Cosmetic Issues - Issues such as oxidation, scratches, fading, or damage to the powder coating.

Accidents - Any damage caused by accidents or external impact.

Third-Party Accessories: Any products or accessories not purchased from MTNtek used in conjunction with MTNtek racks, including accessories, adapters, mounting hardware, or modifications.

If you need to file a warranty claim, simply email us at info@mtntekadventure.com.  Please include your original proof of purchase along with your claim description and details.  We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

May include repair or replacement of products.

All efforts will be made to handle each claim completely and in a timely manner.

MTNtek reserves the right to determine whether a claim meets the warranty requirements and to what extent a resolution is applied, if any.
